For over 20 years our skilled experts have perfected the process of manufacturing stainless steel letters using C304 and C316 stainless steel. We cut the surface of the letters using an abrasive water jet or laser cutting system depending on the requirements of the job, while the returns are precisely shaped by hand. We complete the fabrication by using high-strength lead-free silver solder to join the faces and returns.
The machined letters are stainless steel letters with deep edges. This provides extra dimension and allows your logo letters to stand out at a fraction of the cost. The front of the letters is soldered to their sides with lead-free solder to a depth of up to 5″. The sides have a clear 90-degree return. This hollow back of the letters can be used to accommodate LED lighting. The manufactured backlit metal letters are available in a variety of font styles, colors, illumination, and face options.
Non-Illuminated Stainless Steel Letters
Fabricated non-illuminated stainless steel letters, these letters are an excellent choice for exterior letters 2″ and larger that have a durable 18 or 16 gauge face and 24 gauge return – up to 24″ high/22 gauge return – over 24″ high.
Letters are constructed to your specifications. Some restrictions may apply to stainless steel, allowing for almost any ratio of letter strokes to width.
