How To Cut Out Foam Letters
- 1. The PVC is cut by a computer-controlled laser machine based on vector design files(.cdr/.eps/.ai/.scv, etc).
- 2. Stick up PVC with acrylic to make a letter shape, and do the polish on the surface to reach to smooth effect, and then paint colors on the front and side can be painted colors base on PMS as your requests.
- 3. If custom with front light effect, we will use acrylic as front face and install LED modules inside with white/red/green/yellow colors, or we can install the RGB LED if you need.
