Acrylic Small LED Letters: A Versatile Illuminated Signage Solution
Acrylic Small LED Letters consist of 3 parts: surface panel, back panel, and LED illuminant. The surface panel is made of HIGH POLYMER ACRYLIC, from which a back groove with a 3d slope is cut out with engraving machines.
It is ideally suited for small to medium-sized signs. Its softer illumination and finer details are possible when viewed at close range (e.g. in-store signage).
Unlike LED channel letters, LED acrylic letters to allow for additional lighting styles such as front and side lit, edge lit, half side lit, and backlit.
We install LED illuminant inside the groove of an acrylic surface panel. The LED Acrylic Letters are complete with a laser-cut acrylic back panel sealing the surface panel groove. Usually, the slopes of the surface panel are painted to form a face-halo-lit effect.

How To Make LED Acrylic Letters
- 1. The solid acrylic is cut by a computer-controlled laser machine based on vector design files(.cdr/.eps/.ai/.scv, etc), which creates the front of mini small acrylic letters.
- 2. Hollow about 3mm deep on the 5-10mm thickness acrylic sheet to form the 3D letter base to install LED strips.
- 3. Seal the front and bottom base, paint colors on the side.
