Q2: Are LED neon signs prone to breakages? What are they made of?
A: Our neon signs produce relatively no heat, are unbreakable, energy-efficient, and are least expensive compared to traditional glass tube neon. They are much stronger than traditional neon signs. Our neon lights, signs, art, and lamps are made from high-quality LED flex making them different from traditional glass neon.

Q3: Can you use LED Neon Signs outdoor?
A: Yes, we can produce waterproof versions for outdoor events and outdoor permanent installation. Please specify your application when you submit your custom order inquiry or choose it directly on our custom sign product page.

Q4: What’s the typical lead time for custom orders?
A: All orders are made to order by hand in our international production facility with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Due to extremely high demand recently, there is a slight waiting list right now – we treat all orders first come first served, so right now hand made custom production time averages 1 week after payment. We never rush production as each piece is kept to the highest standard. You will always be kept updated on your piece throughout this time frame.
Please also be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and regardless of the shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands. We will always do our best to ensure the fastest possible production and delivery.
Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory – Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping is on average 2-7 days depending on the country and service level chosen at checkout.

Q5: How do you power the neon signs?
A: All of our signs connect directly to a standard power socket (with a plug for each shipping country) and it comes with a 12V transformer.

Q6: How long do the LED neon signs last?
A: The lifetime of LED light lasts a minimum of 30,000 hours. That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on the neon signs for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs.
Normally if there is a problem it’s usually the transformer that fails, however, these are replaceable items and we can supply replacements if necessary if outside of the warranty period.

Q7: Does it require any maintenance?
A: Not at all. LED is environmentally friendly and maintenance-free.

Q8: What’s the length of the power cord?
A: The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long encased with a clear coating, with an additional 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. There’s another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug. In total it’s 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug.

Q9: How safe are LED neon signs?
A: Our LED neon signs are only 12V so run at a much safer voltage than traditional neon. Because of its low output voltage, no heat will be generated on the outer surface even after long hours of operating.

Q10: Will my neon sign require any specialist installation?
A: The majority of neon signs that we supply are for internal use, and come mounted on an acrylic panel (making them easily portable), complete with a normal mains plug, which can be plugged into an accessible plug socket.
The sign simply needs to be fixed onto the wall or suspended from a chain that we can supply as an optional accessory. Neon signs for permanent external use, and some large internal neon signs, will require specialist installation.
