3D Plastic Logo

Laser-cut acrylic can be customized to virtually any design, and our molded plastic signs are tough, weather-resistant, and environmentally friendly, available in 128 standard styles and 31 standard tinted plastic colors.

Injection-molded is tough enough for harsh winters and sophisticated enough for indoor displays. Smooth spring back, sharp edges, and a flawless finish give the look and feel of cast metal.

Laminated plastic signs use a proprietary process that greatly reduces deterioration and delamination. Choose from a variety of acrylic, metal, and foil laminates.

3D Illuminated Signs

Choose from our Face-Lit, Halo-Lit, Full Lit, or Dual Lit 3D luminous signs! These styles of 3D luminous signs are available in molded plastic, fabricated stainless steel, or fabricated aluminum.

All of them are durable and compact, with LEDs connected to internal channels. Halo-Lit adds Cast Metal to the lineup of options, once again attaching LEDs to the internal channels of the letters.

3D Plaque Signage

The 3D logo plaque is available in cast metal, precision machined to shape and etched and engraved. The cast metal and precision machined 3D sign plaques are available in a variety of finishes with options of brushed, oxidized, painted, bronze, polished, and more with multiple background textures and color options.

Etched and engraved 3D plaques are finished with a chemical etching process that dates back to the Middle Ages. Choose from galvanized sheet metal, bronze, copper, or stainless steel in thicknesses up to 1/16 inch. Laser engraved anodized aluminum or polished granite.

3D Metal Signage

Our Flat Cut Metal signs are made from premium grade sheet metal that is suitable for the boardroom, but strong enough for outdoor events. Unique classes try our cast metal signs for a classic look, deep dimension, and durability.

3D Letters Logo Sign Installation

We recommend three primary methods of mounting 3D Letters: stud mounting, flex pad, and locking hole slot. There are other mounting methods in addition to these three, but they leave the fasteners exposed, so we do not recommend them.

Your 3D Letters should look exactly as they were designed. No hardware should be displayed. Use one of the following three hidden mounting methods to make sure your 3D Letter looks exactly as you think it should.

• Stud Mount: In this method, you attach a threaded metal stud to the mounting block on the back of the letter. Then, you use a caulking gun to fill the holes in the wall with silicone. Finally, the stud is inserted into the hole that is now filled with silicone adhesive. Once the silicone is dry, the installation is complete.
• Flex-pads: In this method, you screw pads made of plastic or metal onto the studs on the back of the 3D Letters. Then, the adhesive is added to the pads and the letters are mounted to the surface where they are to be installed. Once the letters are installed, tape them into place while the adhesive dries. Once the adhesive dries, the installation is complete.
• Lock Hole Slots: In this method, you secure the screws to the wall at the locations indicated by the template. Then, the locking hole slots on the back of the letters are placed over the screws on the wall until they are locked in place. To tighten the screws, a special type of fastener is required.
