Yes. you’ll absolutely drill your own holes if you would like. Though if you’re drilling your own holes then we are unable to exchange, repair or refund the sign thanks to any damage resulting from your efforts to drill holes.

Yes! There are several different shape options to settle on for your acrylic signs, including Square/Rectangle, Rounded Corners (¼” or 1” radius), Circle/Oval, Custom, or Custom with Border.
The Custom shape option (previously known, or sometimes mentioned, as Contour Cut) allows you to either upload a custom shape to our design tool or have us create a custom shape for your sign based on your design.
The Custom with Border shape option (previously known, or sometimes mentioned, as Halo Cut) is analogous to the Custom shape option but will leave a little border around the fringe of your design.
While there are limits on the thickness of the cut (too thin and it’ll not be durable) in most cases we will cut your sign to shape. Any acrylic sign that’s ordered as a Custom or Custom with Border shape which will convince be problematic is going to be reviewed by us before being produced.
