Types of Acrylic Letter Signage

Illuminated Acrylic Channel Letters

Illuminated acrylic letter signs are mainly made of acrylic, which is empty inside, and installed with LED modules. According to the different production methods, illuminated acrylic letters are divided into acrylic LED letters and mini acrylic channel letters.

Acrylic LED Illuminated Letters

• 1. Use 3mm Import acrylic for the front side, also can paint the color for not shining front side.
• 2. Use 2-3mm Import acrylic from the edge side for 6-8-10 cm depth( color and the depth as your request), also can paint the color not shining edge side.
• 3. PVC, Galvanized sheet, and Aluminum composite for the backside bottom case.

Note:

• 1. For the special color, can use the airbrush or stickers glue on the acrylic.
• 2. All sizes can be customized
• 3. Can side lit and front-lit and backlit at the same time led channel letter.

Mini Acrylic Channel Letters

• 1. Use the 15-20MM solid acrylic 3D laser to cut the shape for the front side
• 2. Use the 10-15MM solid acrylic to hollow out the groove to install the LED for the bottom case
• 3. Install the small LED modules (color as your request)
• 4. Use the glue water to connect the front frame and the bottom case(it will be the seal)
• 5. Paint the side for not to split the light, color as your request

• 1. This is widely for indoor use.
• 2. The height cannot be over 80CM led sign.

Non-Illuminated Acrylic Sign Letters

• 1. Laser cut the 1-4cm thickness of soft or hard acrylic
• 2. Flue scraper and polish the acrylic letters for glossy
• 3. Paint the glossy or matt painting as your request(Color: choose from PMS or RAL color card)
• 4. With 1:1 Installation paper
• 5. Safe package: bubble inside, Acceptable Export three-ply wooden case outside
