Process of Edge Lit Acrylic Letters
- 1. The metal sheet and translucent acrylic are cut by a computer-controlled laser machine based on vector design files(.cdr/.eps/.ai/.scv, etc), which creates the front face and back case of channel letters.
- 2. The returns are stick at the front face by bending a 2-3 inch wide (50–80 mm) acrylic strip to form the 3D letter shape. That can be painted colors base on PMS for returns non-luminous effect.
- 3. Waterproof LED modules are installed on the back bottom case and screwed with the letter shape.
